Tasting Notes
Milk coffee colour. Aroma of raisin, dried apricot, fig, toffee and beeswax. Taste of buckwheat honey, baklava, minerals, dried fig and carob. High acidity, long aftertaste.
Serving & Food Pairing:
Serve your PX wine slightly chilled between 12-14º C. A dessert in itself it is the perfect way to finish a meal but also an ideal pairing with dark chocolate, blue cheeses, dried fruits and pastry.

The young sweet PX has also changed its name and image and comes with a glass stopper in half-liter bottles under the name of 2019 Poley Pedro Ximénez Dulce, a young sweet wine with 15% alcohol and 324 grams of sugar. It has a dark amber color and a nose of syrup, molasses and brown sugar, denoting youth. It was bottled unoaked in to 18,000 bottles in December 2021. Luis Gutierrez Sept 2022
