    Tasting Notes
    The 2020 Don PX is a deep, dark brown with a dense, almost syrupy appearance. Its nose is intense and rich, with dominant notes of raisins, dried figs, and dates. Secondary aromas include molasses, toffee, caramel, and subtle undertones of dark chocolate, coffee, and a slight nuttiness. The palate is sweet and luscious, with a harmonious blend of raisins, figs, dates, toffee, caramel, and dark chocolate. The texture is full-bodied and viscous, with a silky smooth texture.

    Serving & Food Pairing:
    Serve your PX wine slightly chilled between 12-14º C. A dessert in itself it is the perfect way to finish a meal but also an ideal pairing with dark chocolate, blue cheeses, dried fruits and pastry.
