Tasting notes: The wine is primarily made from Cabernet Sauvignon, with smaller proportions of Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Expect to find notes of soy, dense, dark and brooding ashy notes and umami. Cedar and ash, wood smoke and undergrowth. It will still show remnants of its blackcurrant and bramble nature. This wine is slumbering but alive.

Much better than the bottle from the same cellar tasted ten years ago. Rating applies to the first 15 minutes after opening, loses its definition very quickly after that.
