Description

The nose is aromatic, concentrated and powerful. It reveals notes of cassis, blackberry and light notes of licorice, nicely combined with notes of blackberry, small berries and notes of flowers, olive, local vegetation, mocha, Ceylon tea and Sichuan pepper. On the palate it is fruity, balanced, juicy and somewhat minerally. The tannins are firm, which guarantees good aging.

Grapes: Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional & Tinta Barroca.

Careful selection of grapes during the manual harvest. Aged 18 months in new French and American oak barrels and 12 months in the bottle.
