Description

Kopke Dry White Port is a type of port wine produced by the renowned Portuguese wine house, Kopke, which is the oldest port wine brand, founded in 1638. This particular wine is made from a blend of white grape varieties, such as Malvasia Fina, Viosinho, and Rabigato.

Flavor profile:

Appearance: Pale golden color.
Nose: Aromas of citrus fruits, nuts, and floral notes.
Palate: Fresh, crisp, and slightly nutty, with flavors of dried fruits, almonds, and a touch of honey. It has a dry finish with a good balance of acidity.
Serving suggestions:

Best served chilled (8-10°C), either as an aperitif or paired with seafood, salads, and light appetizers. It can also be used in cocktails, like the classic Portonic (white port with tonic water and ice).
