Description

This vintage is characterized by its aromatic profile, featuring floral and herbal notes. It presents a lighter body compared to other vintage ports, with subtle spice and a soft finish.

For optimal enjoyment, it is recommended to store the wine horizontally at a constant temperature of around 15ºC and serve it between 15ºC and 18ºC. It pairs well with blue cheese, mature cheddar, nuts, and chocolate desserts.

Given its softer structure, the Delaforce 2007 Vintage Port is suitable for medium-term aging, allowing its flavors to develop and mature over time.
