The 1993 PX (Pedro Ximénez) can age exceptionally well, and would likely have developed additional depth, complexity, and richness by now. Tasting Notes:
This wine is typically dark, almost syrup-like, with intense flavours of dried fruits like figs, dates, and raisins, as well as hints of chocolate, coffee, and spices. The palate is immense with the sugar is balanced by a structured acidity that keeps the sweetness in check. The experience concludes with a never-ending finish.

Serving & Food Pairing:
Serve your PX wine slightly chilled between 12-14º C. Due to its rich sweetness and intense complexity, it's often enjoyed in small quantities as a dessert wine or paired with rich, creamy cheeses, dark chocolate, or other decadent desserts.
