Pale gold-green colour, with brilliant reflections, effervescence is delicate and extremely steady. On the nose there are dominant floral notes (mint and white flowers) mingled with hints of fresh fruit (especially citrus), followed by notes of vanilla and nougat. On the palate, the Pinot Noir reveals its personality through dominant fruit notes (white peaches, grapefruit). The balance is an ideal combination of freshness and vigor, with a long finish.
