Description
The Valpolicella DOC is made from grapes Corvina Veronese (40% -80%), or the Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes (5% -30%). It is produced in about twenty municipalities in the province of Verona. This wine is medium-bodied but nice personality and freshness. Preferably should be drunk young, after an average of 2-3 years after the vintage. Acquires greater thickness in the Superior type, which provides an alcohol content of at least 12% and a minimum aging period of 1 year.
