Figs, dates and rhubarb on baked cherry pastry scents and sweet pecan nut linger with bright citrus notes on the finish.

Medium brown amber core with fine orange rim. Very complex with layers of toffee, demerara sugar, dates, caramel and mace, lemon zest and toasted almonds. Long, fresh and minty finish.
