Description

This dry Sherry has a beautiful amber colour. Clear and bright in appearance. It is intense and elegant on the nose with saline nuances and a trace of toasted hazelnuts. Excellent balance and structure with a long finish. The typical dryness of amontillado sherry stands out and highlights its complexity. Lingering and satisfying aftertaste.

Serving Suggestion:
Enjoy at 12-13 Celsius degrees either with a traditional Amontillado pairing such as artichoke dishes or if you are adventurous try red tuna ceviche.
