Description
Tawny Port is characterized by its extended aging in wooden barrels, which imparts a distinct amber or tawny colour and complex flavour profile.
Tawny Ports are best served slightly chilled, between 12-16°C (54-61°F). They can be enjoyed on their own as a dessert wine or paired with a variety of foods such as nuts, dried fruits, blue cheese, and desserts like crème brûlée or almond tart.
