The 2015 Vintage Port is an unoaked field blend, roughly made up of Touriga Nacional (30%), Touriga Franca (25%), Tinta Roriz (15%) and miscellaneous others, and comes in at 96 grams of residual sugar. Sourced from the winery's quintas at Vale d'Agodinho and Trovisca (although Vale d'Agodinho typically predominates), Quevedo is another who declared the 2015 vintage. This is aromatic, suave and sophisticated, with moderate tannins that still provide some bite on the finish. The flavors are vivid, laced with black cherries and red fruits. The lifted fruit makes it a pleasure to drink. Don't drink it too warm. These unoaked Ports often do better with just a little coolness. This has a very slight edge on the 2016 just now, but it also has the advantage of another year in bottle. There were 3,000 bottles produced. Mark Squires- RobertParker.com
