    Intense brick colour

    AROMA

    PALATE
The wine's full-bodied character is apparent on the palate, and it presents noticeable tannins that contribute to its elegant quality. Towards the end, the wine mellows, with dried fruits such as fig and plum making an appearance. There are still some fresh notes from the harvest that can still be detected, while the wine slowly transitions towards drier notes and nuts as it evolves.

Colheita Port Storage and Serving Advice:
Colheita Port should be stored in a cool and dry place, sheltered from light and temperature fluctuations, and the bottle should remain in an upright position. If stored correctly, Colheita Ports will keep for decades in the bottle. Over time, it is natural that a little sediment will form at the bottom of a bottle of Colheita Port wine. Once opened colheita Port should be stored in a fridge and should be consumed within 3 months. Best served at a temperature between 14 and 16°C.

This Port, while young, has a great touch of wood aging that gives it a spicy character. The wine has some tannins along with some sweetness and dried fruits. Drink now. — Roger Voss
