"Dark gold in color with a slow stream (I don't know if I would even characterize it as a stream) of tiny bubbles. Aromas of brioche, caramel, honey and flowers. Rich and round on the palate with caramel, rye bread and baked apple notes, but with very nice acidity to keep it elegantly balanced. Wonderful length -- quite a pleasure overall."
