Long, long, long and quite alive. Evolves over the course of an hour - calling everything from lemon curd to citron creme on a biscuit, and even a hint of piña. Fascinating and captivating. Beautiful wine. After an hour, a lilting caramelization rounded off this gorgeous glass. Pour it, taste it, and if you can wait an hour, you will not believe you are drinking champagne."
