Description
Chateau de Sales is Pomerol's largest vineyard, and produces this well-rounded, approachable wine. This should immediately evoke Bordeaux wine aromas with classic cedar, horse arse style Brett and schoolbook Bordeaux earth. The tannic structure and acidity keep this together well. Some meaty and smoked aromas together with some vegetal elements. Elegant, distinct, fully mature.
