Description

The 1983 Chateau Pavie is fully mature, has a deep intensity, ruby colour with garnet rim. A powerful nose has developed aromas of red capsicums, earth, and black fruit. Full bodied on the palate. this still has some fruit after nearly 40 years with flavours of black plums, blackcurrant, blackberries with tertiary characteristics of leather and earth. A long spicy finish.
