Description

The Burmester Casa Burmester Reserva White 2019 is a refined and expressive wine, showcasing the Douro’s ability to produce high-quality white wines with depth, balance, and elegance.

Tasting Notes
Gentle toasted fragrances which accompany and elegant mineral notes and of tropical fruit. In the mouth it is still a fine wine, quite full-bodied what, with a notably well integrated barrel and lingering tropical nuances. It has a spacious, long finish.

Serving and Food pairing
Serve between 10-12°C. It pairs well with seafood, lean fish, ceviche, smoked salmon and cured meats, making it versatile for various meals.

Burmester is one of the oldest and most respected Port houses in Portugal, founded in 1750 by Henry Burmester and John Nash in the city of Porto. Known for its traditional methods, Burmester produces a wide range of Ports, including Vintage, Late Bottled Vintage (LBV), Tawny, and White Ports. In addition to Ports, Burmester also creates still wines, particularly in the Douro DOC, with whites and reds gaining recognition for their quality.
