Tasting Notes:
The wine presents a ruby red hue and offers a complex bouquet of intense red fruits, plum, and underbrush nuances. On the palate, it is balanced, silky, and enveloping, with well-integrated tannins and a long, persistent finish.
Serving & Food Pairing:
Decanting for about 1 to 2 hours before serving can help release its full potential. Serve a room temperature and pair with pasta with meat Ragù, Osso Buco, braised beef or oxtail, Porcini mushroom dishes or aged Parmigiano-Reggiano.
