The 1975 Salvano Saverio Barolo is a beautifully aged expression of Nebbiolo, showcasing deep complexity and refined elegance. Expect aromas of dried red fruits, rose petals, leather, and forest floor, with hints of tar, truffle, and balsamic notes. The tannins, once firm and assertive, have softened into a silky, well-integrated structure, while the acidity remains vibrant, providing balance and freshness.
