Barbadillo Criadera Selection Oloroso En Rama is a dry, rich, and unfiltered sherry wine from the Barbadillo family's Bodegas in Sanlucar de Barrameda, Spain:

Tasting notes: Intense flavors of dried fruit, nuts, and subtle spice
Aging: Aged for an average of about 10 years in old American-oak botas
Serving: Should be served slightly chilled in white wine glasses
Food pairing: Harmonizes well with richer foods like hearty stews, red meat, and cured cheese
This Amontillado, selected from the criaderas in Mil Pesetas, should be served lightly chilled in white wine glasses. A savoury wine with both biological and oxidative ageing, a mature amontillado is one of the most versatile wines in existence. This Amontillado harmonises with nearly all types of food and is always perfect as an aperitif.
