This unique red wine from the Valpolicella area is made by grapes dried up to three months before being pressed. The technique of fermenting these semi-dried grapes makes a very strong wine, velvety in texture, filled with burnt plum flavors, and slightly higher in alcohol.

The 2007 Amarone della Valpolicella Classico is all elegance and class. It possesses gorgeous depth and roundness in an accessible style best suited for near and mid-term drinking. The 2007 impresses for its silky tannins and overall sense of harmony.
